All content including logos, text, product images, photographs, videos, and designs displayed on this Website are the sole property of Alankritha Boutique and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete. Alankritha Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

For normal/basic orders, dispatch is generally within 10–15 working days. For wholesale, sale, and combo offers, the dispatch time stated in the relevant product or offer description applies. After dispatch, courier transit time is an estimate only. While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver products on time, Alankritha Boutique does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to you upon delivery.

All sales are final except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy, which sets out the circumstances in which a refund, replacement, or store credit is available in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing. In exceptional cases, cancellation requests may be considered at our sole discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Sale and Combo outfits are subject to additional terms regarding production, delivery timelines, and exchange options in place of cancellation — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

• All Sale and Combo outfits are produced in bulk based on confirmed orders. Therefore, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer remedies.
• The dispatch time for each Sale/Combo product is the time stated in that product or offer description. Such timelines are estimates and may vary based on production requirements, availability, and operational conditions.
• If there is an unexpected delay in delivery, customers may choose another product of the same order value (or pay the price difference for a higher-value product, if applicable) to receive an earlier dispatch, subject to availability.
• Cancellation or refund will not ordinarily be provided solely due to production delays, except where required by applicable law or where we are unable to fulfil the order and no lawful alternative is accepted by the customer. The available option is to exchange the order for another product of the same value for faster dispatch, where applicable.
• By placing an order for Sale or Combo outfits, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Website:

• Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the Website
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful content
• Misusing refund/return policies for personal gain

Alankritha Boutique reserves the right to monitor usage, restrict access, or terminate accounts without notice if any suspicious or prohibited activity is detected. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.

Alankritha Boutique shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, products purchased, or inability to access the Website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law or would exclude a mandatory consumer remedy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alankritha Boutique, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

All products are provided as described on the Website, subject to applicable statutory rights and mandatory consumer protections. Except as required by law, no additional express or implied warranty is provided. Alankritha Boutique does not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from Website downtime.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

Communications and documents may be provided in Malayalam or English. Nothing in these Terms creates an arbitration process unless separately agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
