Important Notice
We follow a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or delivery errors as outlined below.
  • All products sold on our website are carefully quality-checked before dispatch
  • Color, texture, or slight design variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings — such differences do not qualify as defects
  • If the package is tampered with, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately
  • Once you accept delivery, it will be deemed that the package was received in good condition
  • Delivery delays caused by courier/shipping partners are beyond our control and will not qualify for refunds

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
