- All products sold on our website are carefully quality-checked before dispatch
- Color, texture, or slight design variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings — such differences do not qualify as defects
- If the package is tampered with, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately
- Once you accept delivery, it will be deemed that the package was received in good condition
- Delivery delays caused by courier/shipping partners are beyond our control and will not qualify for refunds
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit at our discretion.
