Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders from India. International shipping availability may vary and is subject to applicable duties, taxes, and customs regulations.

Customers can track their orders via the My Account → Orders section. Tracking details are updated once the order is dispatched.

• Processing Time: 2 – 7 working days (depending on stock availability)
• Delivery Time: 7 – 20 working days depending on location and courier partner

Orders may be shipped in parts depending on product availability. We partner with trusted courier companies for safe and timely delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, size, shipping location, and courier service. Applicable taxes and duties (if any) are borne by the customer.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery
• Only products that are damaged during shipping or not matching the description are eligible
• Return/exchange shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective
