• Normal/basic orders: Dispatch within 10–15 working days, subject to product availability and order verification
• Courier transit: After dispatch, transit time is controlled by the courier and may vary by destination, serviceability, weather, holidays, and other operational conditions

Customers can track their orders via the My Account → Orders section on our website. Tracking details are updated once the order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to reflect after dispatch.

Orders may be shipped in parts depending on product availability. We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. The specific courier used may vary based on your delivery location.

Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, size, shipping location, and courier service. Applicable taxes are included where required. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery
• Only products that are damaged during shipping or not matching the description are eligible
